HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (STAFF)

 

As a Human Resources Development team member you are expecting to perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing) and also maintaining candidate database.

As training also will be part of the employee development program, you will be responsible to performing the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring) and maintaining employees’ training database.

Human Resources Development team member will be in charge to generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.

Build good communication and coordination with external and internal parties is an action will be needed to perform on daily basis.

 

Requirement:

·        Good command in English (verbal & written).

·        General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).

·        Good analytical & logical thinking.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skill.

·        Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.

·        Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).

·        Able to driving a car will be a plus.

·        Male/female

·        21 – 25 yo

·        Bachelor degree of Psychology

·        At least 1 year of experience
