REQUIREMENT
Bachelor/Master of Psychology
Good command in English (verbal & written).
General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).
Good analytical & logical thinking.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.
Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).
Able to driving a car will be a plus.
MAIN JOBS
Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).
Maintain candidate database.
Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).
Maintain employees' training database.
Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.
Manage internship program.
Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
Perform any other adhoc activities as required.
