    REQUIREMENT

  •       Bachelor/Master of Psychology

  • Good command in English (verbal & written).

  •       General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).

  •       Good analytical & logical thinking.

  •       Good communication and interpersonal skill.

  •       Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.

  •       Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).

  •       Able to driving a car will be a plus.

 

 

MAIN JOBS

 

  •         Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).

  •         Maintain candidate database.

  •         Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).

  •            Maintain employees' training database.

  •            Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.

  •         Manage internship program.

  •         Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.

  •         Perform any other adhoc activities as required.
