Job Responsibilities:
· Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).
· Maintain candidate database.
· Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).
· Maintain employees' training database.
· Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.
· Manage internship program.
· Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
· Perform any other adhoc activities as required.
Requirements:
· Good command in English (verbal & written).
· General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).
· Good analytical & logical thinking.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill.
· Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.
· Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).
· Able to drive a car will be a plus.
· Minimum bachelor’s degree: Management, Engineering, IT
